The MSCA PF are 2-year postdoctoral fellowships, which cover salary and research costs of the researchers, who can come from anywhere in the world. The projects are strongly focused on the career development of participating researchers. The organisations in Luxembourg that want to host such talented researchers include large public research organisations as well as private companies, many of which offer interesting job perspectives after completion of the fellowship.In order to apply for MSCA PF funding, interested candidates need to prepare a 10-page research proposal together with their prospective Luxembourg host organisations. Luxinnovation supports this process through our free grant writing trainings and proposal review services. Luxembourg already has a promising track record: our MSCA PF applications submitted for the call in 2019 had a success rate of 29% (well above the EU average of 15%). We invite potential postdoc candidates to apply until 15 May 2021. We need a CV and the offer reference(s) candidates are interested in. The CV will then be forwarded to the prospective host organisations, who will select the candidates that best suit their criteria. Selected candidates will be trained by us in grant writing (remotely and free of charge) and can start writing their proposal over the summer. The final submission deadline to the European Commission is 15 September 2021. Application for a 3 year post-doc position at GEOMAR research unit Marine Natural Products Chemistry. The funding comes from an EU project and aims investigate the pharmaceutical potential of marine microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) isolated from deep-sea organisms. Call for 3 post Doc position at ICB
1 post-doc position for two years in Biosciences (biology, biomedicine, biochemistry, biotechnology, etc) for the Spanish-Italian project. “Tecniospring Industry” (see attached file below). The candiate should have experience in molecular biology and cell culture; specifically, with a research background based on paraffin tissue preparation, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. Previous experience working with xenograft model will be an asset.
